Who We Are
Donate Life NC Educators are volunteers that visit high schools to teach students about the life-saving miracle of organ, eye and tissue donation. We receive requests from teachers across the state to have speakers with donation and transplant experience (donor family, living donors, recipients, medical professionals, etc.) to address their students and explain the registry. If you want to advocate for donation and like speaking to teens, then this is the program for you!
What We Do
Because Donate Life NC Educators visit schools and work directly with minors, all volunteers for this program will have to complete a background check.
